Kitchen face lift plans..

Hello!

How many people can not stand opening a cabinet and tupperware falling down on your head? I can not ... but it still happens as of LAST NIGHT! Our current little cozy home has little to no kitchen space and not to mention a pantry of any type does not exist. We have so many new wedding gifts/kitchen items that we would love to use and find a spot for but it is plain and simple, we just do not have space! Our new kitchen is filled with cabinets on every wall and not to mention we have a WALK-IN pantry! Yes, I said it..WALK-IN pantry. I can not wait to get to organizing our new kitchen and pantry. I have so many plans, so I hope Brooks is ready to help with the handy man parts! :) I will share with you the FACE LIFT our new kitchen has received. It is a lot different considering we changed the traffic pattern by moving an entry way and moved all the appliances around and don't forget we totally gutted from top to bottom..

You can see in these pictures the difference already! We had someone hand make our cabinets and they turned our beautiful. You also can see the pantry door. It is walk-in and pretty good size so I can not wait to share updates with moving in and organizing our pantry. You can not tell in the picture but the entry way I am taking the picture from (after picture) was actually a solid wall. To the right where the fridge will be going is the old entry way, which is now a solid wall. You can kind of tell in the before from the glare coming through..

This picture holds a lot of inspiration on our new kitchen. Are cabinets are being painted "Pewter" and this picture is about as close as I have been able to find, especially with our countertop choice. This is a good indication of what ours will look like color wise. We have painted our walls china white and I have a back splash plan eventually to add some spunk! Our floors will be sanded and re-stained but the stain choice is still up in the air.

Can't wait to show you the finished product as it comes along! Not much longer and the cabinets will be finished being painted and hopefully the countertops will be on their way to be installed!

Happy hump day!

Morgan
